We liked the location of this hotel. It is very close to Dizengoff square, all the coffe shops and restoraunts are in walking distance.
Generally the room was good. All facilities worked fine. Just a small nuances: Window is so small. And no power outlets near the bed, except those for the lamps.

Excellent location — very central and convenient. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The hotel generally looks similar to the photos shown online.
The room condition does not fully match a 3-star standard, especially the bathroom, which clearly needs renovation (dirty shower glass and poor overall maintenance). There is no proper wardrobe — only a wall-mounted rail with hangers, and access to it is quite inconvenient. The room is very small for two people, which should be taken into account. Street noise is clearly noticeable, as the hotel is located next to a busy road, and the windows do not reduce noise well. Light sleepers may need earplugs. In the photos, two chairs are shown next to the small wall-mounted table under the TV, but in reality they were not available. As a result, if you need to work or eat, the only place to sit is the bed.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with an unsolicited upgrade to two rooms for our party of three. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture! They also provide delicious espresso coffee and drinking water in the front lobby.
One of the rooms was very close to the main street and got quite noisy in the early morning. We could clearly hear the garbage trucks and street cleaning crews, which was a bit disruptive.

The location was very good. The room was large and answered expectations...
the bathroom was very narrow and not very comfortable. We were informed that breakfast was served in an outside location only after the booking was complete. There was not reception staff at the hotel, and I had to call another property to have someone come to check us in. check out was thru the phone. For almost 300$ including breakfast, it was not the best service received.

The hotel was located in central Tel Aviv amid leafy, beautiful streets with plenty of cafes and restaurants. It was a few minutes walk from the beach, markets and other attractions of the city. I was new to the city but it could not have been a better choice.

The room was terrible. Small and uninviting. So they moved us to a better property across the street. Dizengoff Garden Hotel. Much better! Bed was great, bathroom spacious, generous towels and two sinks.
