מיקום מצויין, מכונת קפה ומים בלובי, אפשר להכין קפה ולהנות מהישיבה בלובי.
היה פער משמעותי בין התמונות באתר לחדר שקבילנו. כשהזמנתי ראיתי חדר עם חלון גדול ומרפסת ובפועל קיבלתי חדר קטן עם חלון קטן - הסתדרנו עם זה כי רוב הזן היינו בחוץ אבל זה היה די מבאס. היינו 3 אנשים והיה לנו שולחן קפה קטן וכסא אחד. לא היה מקום לייבש מגבות ובגדי ים אחרי הביקור בים. אם היו תמונות ממחישות את המבנה של החדר זה היה פחות מאכזב.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to Dizengoff Center and a short walk to the beach. Near the hotel there are cafes, bars and restaurants. Along the street there are many benches, it is very comfortable to walk on the street to rest and sit in company. Young and happy Telavivian atmosphere.
The toilet flushing mechanism did not work well. A staff member came twice during the evening to fix the flushing mechanism.

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying in Cucu, a great place for short-term stay. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was considering the location in the very heart of the city! The room was clean and bright, and had all of the necessities available (also it's located next to the mall so I was able to buy everything i lacked with no trouble). The staff were friendly and helpful! I recommend dining in the cafe attached to the hotel, the food if mind-blowing! It was a great experience overall, 100% recommend.
It was a bit hard and confusing to figure out the entrance, since the front of the building is a cafe, but the staff pointed me in the right direction.

I had a flight rerouted with a no cancellation booking and I got to miss my first night and they totally made up for it by giving me a late checkout on Saturday, which is perfect because no buses run until after Shabbat so I could sleep in the afternoon and I didn’t have to wander the streets and more than made up for losing that first night. Stay according to bookings cancellation policy.
Fully recommend excellence staff
They had such delicious candy everywhere, but I really would use some cinnamon candy or some black licorice.

Location was nice super central.
Bathroom was tiny but the shower was great.
Breakfast was nice but a little bit small.
Room was dark, sad and empty
Had to ask for a bedside table, chair for the table and hangers for the closet.
Felt like a hostel room. Room was empty and felt old and not worth the price.
Worst thing Wi-Fi connections was horrible had a zoom meeting and it kept breaking and disconnecting.

It wasn’t clean at all, we were three adults in the medium room (not sure how were we supposed to fit in anything smaller although it was an option). The single bad was so uncomfortable, it was noisy and the staff wasn’t welcoming or helpful what so ever

Location is really good, staff are very friendly and attentive, they are also very flexible with checking in and out which was super helpful.
Overall it’s very nice place. Although the rooms are a bit on the smaller sides

We’ve been to that hotel before, it was quite good and after a few more hotel, we came back to him because it was clean, nice and the stuff we’re good and informative
This time the room that we took on at 9 PM was with a weird smell, the stuff was very tired, these things I can understand, but I can’t understand how in hotel in the middle of Tel Aviv. This situation doesn’t have any instructions for his guest or leading them to a shelter or a safe space during the alarms and the sirens and why am my three sisters and my 81 years old mom we’re going down. No one was there to point them or to tell them where to go worse than that one of the ladies that worked there on the reception didn’t know what to tell them

Not for guests who are overly sensitive to sound. The hotel is located on a very busy street, and the bustle is heard.
