Disappointing
We’ve been to that hotel before, it was quite good and after a few more hotel, we came back to him because it was clean, nice and the stuff we’re good and informative
This time the room that we took on at 9 PM was with a weird smell, the stuff was very tired, these things I can understand, but I can’t understand how in hotel in the middle of Tel Aviv. This situation doesn’t have any instructions for his guest or leading them to a shelter or a safe space during the alarms and the sirens and why am my three sisters and my 81 years old mom we’re going down. No one was there to point them or to tell them where to go worse than that one of the ladies that worked there on the reception didn’t know what to tell them

Location and comfort. The rooms were perfect for our needs for a night out and the staff was very friendly
Not for guests who are overly sensitive to sound. The hotel is located on a very busy street, and the bustle is heard.

Location is great, room is comfy
The reception is small and there are a lot of staff hanging around in a tiny area. No real place to sit. Staff turn up to clean in the afternoon. Breakfast at the hotel price was disappointing at the cafe next door. They wanted to seat us outside in spite of a cold day and rain. A back problem makes the bar difficult and they didn’t really wanted to give us a table. The cafe has great food but It seems that guests with inclusive breakfast dont get the greatest service or food. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here but not sure there will be a third.

The hotel was overall OK, and we appreciated the bottle of sparkling wine left in the room for our celebration. Breakfast itself was tasty. The balcony was fun and a nice addition.
The shower did not close properly, which caused the bathroom floor to flood. The bedsheets also had an unpleasant smell, possibly from cigarette smoke.
Breakfast was served at the café next to the hotel. We had reserved a time in advance and arrived on time, but were seated in the smoking area without being asked. When we requested a different table, the host was rude and said there were no other options except the bar or waiting outside. Only after we insisted and asked to speak to a manager did she immediately change her answer and seat us properly inside.

Central but quiet place. Upgrade with a small balcony. Great atmosphere, efficient and welcoming staff. We enjoyed it very much and are thinking of coming here again.

Spent 10 days at the location which was fabulous, as was the location, breakfast, staff...all of it. If I have the opportunity in the future I'd definitely stay again.
