Wonderful
The staff was terrific especially the team at reception. They take their time to know their guests and always greeted us and asked about our day and whether we needed anything. It’s a great location and the room was lovely.
While the breakfast was good and staff at the restaurant were good it would have been nice to change up the choices.

Everything! The staff were amazing the manager helped us solving a booking issue and was very attentive to our needs when finding a solution.

Furniture in room was "tired" and worn. While we were upgraded, thank you, the room seems to have been very nice 10 or 20 years ago. Needs renovation. Breakfast was OK, but not amazing.

Nothing . Only the staff was very friendly
The overall cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. The hallways and walls are not well maintained, and the restrooms lack proper hygiene. The elevators are outdated and in need of renovation. Access to the parking lot is difficult, and there is a strong musty odor throughout the premises

The property was in a very good location , our room was very big with a balcony facing the sea (not a clear view but still a good view) , breakfast was good, front staff nice.
One guest had a dog and I guess hotel allows dogs but they just let it wonder around including in breakfast room and I thought that was not right …including in lobby dog was just free to roam . Not great for the use of other hotel guests.

I think they need to improve the rooms - getting a little tired - holes in curtains/ bathroom becoming tired and needs repainting - lots of marks on walls.

Great location near the beach. The room was very comfortable and I loved having a bathrobe. The included breakfast was delicious and very generous, but people should know that it's a la carte and not a buffet as they might be expecting. That means you order from a menu and then wait for it to be prepared, which is fine if you're not in a hurry to catch a bus or attend a meeting.
I had an issue with lack of availability of taxis to the airport the morning I was leaving due to the Tel Aviv Marathon which I only found out about the night before I was due to leave. That's not the fault of the hotel but they could have informed guests in advance that there would be road closures. I ended up moving to a different hotel close to the airport to make sure I wouldn't miss my flight.

The balcony with sea views was wonderful. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. The Israeli breakfast was a lovely experience, there were yummy vegan options and the coffee was excellent.

I got an upgrade and the room had a balcony and a jacuzzi. The weather were not great so could not use it.
The breakfast service is a bit slow and the eggs were overcooked.
