300 dollars per night off season and mid-week for a basic and small room and very basic breakfast in a basement… not ok

The Hotel is nice, it is small which makes it more personal, in general it is clean even the bathrooms near the restaurant were spotless which is great in Israel, it´s well decorated and updated, with all the basic needs provided for, it has a small parking area for an extra charge but very useful, it´s perfectly located with great views of the beach, the personnel both in the restaurant and in the lobby were great, specially Alon...
The food for breakfast was delicious and varied, much recommended,
I liked mostly everything, but I would say that in the bathroom, the shower area needs something on the bottom so the water doesn´t come out... and it would be great to provide more towels, one towel is not enough for ladies,

it was my 3rd stay. Staff is outstanding. Kudos to al of them from front desk to cleaning staff to kitchen staff. Location can not be better. Right across jerusalem beach and near convenience store, Aroma cafe and 10 mins to Carmel market. Bus stops within 2-3 mins walk. Wifi worked beautifully, i needed to work and connection was very strong even for the video zoom calls. Breakfast is plentiful. I did not use parking this time bt used it before. A huge +

Location is the best, breakfast was spotless, with a large variety of food, the chef who is running the breakfast is a perfectionist, the reception staff are very helpful and kind.
Fresh Water was supplied on the first day only. When I asked the cleaning lady for water, she said only on arrival.

Location - great breakfast
I remain convinced there was a video camera in my room. The smoke detector was attached to the ceiling nearby but this was attached to the wall in a corner facing bed and was motion activated. Motion activated! I have a video but this app won’t let me attach it. There was dried urine on the front of the toilet. The curtains were dirty and the surfaces had liquid stains and fingerprints that I easily cleaned with my bath towel.

Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast room, perfect location, good choice of fresh and tasty food at breakfast. The Abratel is staffed by kind, wonderful people who want to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Alon, Beni and Yuri each took great care of us. They also helped us change to a better room. Tasty breakfast; fresh fruit and coffee machine available all the time. Fantastic location right by the beach, and so close to shuk ha-carmel, nahalat binyamin, neve tzedek, and yaffo, as well as allenby, bugrashov and dizengoff streets. Loved having access to the free hotel parking lot (when space available). A perfect choice if you are not seeking the "big hotel" experience!

Small, quiet and extremely well located hotel. Just a couple minutes walk from the breach which we could see from our window. High value for price especially when compared to other nearby locations.
The room was very pleasant with a fridge, microwave and some dishes just in case we wanted to make something in the room.
The size was just right for us- a couple with two kids (aged 6). We took a suite- The couch opens up to two beds and the bedroom had a queen size bed.
The breakfast was very nice and varied- with an option of eggs made as wanted; cheeses, veggies, some sweets, spreads and a few kinds of bread.
Fresh orange juice was given per table. And when my daughter slept in late they gave me a paper plate to take her breakfast.
There is also a small parking garage under the hotel which is very nice seeing as parking in Tel Aviv is scarce and expensive..
Nice staff whom all tried to accommodate as well as possible.
All and all highly recommend- if I go back to tel Aviv on vacation I’m very likely to try again!
The beach next to the hotel didn’t have a lifeguard when we were there so had to walk a few minutes north to find a beach with a lifeguard.
We wanted late check out but the hotel was fully booked to we only got half an hour (much is still something)..
Two small things-
I would recommend adding hooks on the top of the door of the room to prevent kids opening it. And also there should be a mat or strips in the bathtub to prevent slipping..
There’s no pool unfortunately..
