לא נותנים מענה ומתנקים בפרצוף
בחיים אני לא אחזור למלון הזה ולא לרשת של המלונות האלה
שילמנו 4000 שקל ליומיים ולא יצאנו מהחדר מרוב שהיה מחפיר
יש מלונות הרבה יותר טובים בפחות כסף
לא ממליצה בכלל בכלל!!!

Amazing views! , Overall exceptional rooms and service, really clean and comfortable, if you come by car ask for parking sticker for 50% off
Crowded elevators on breakfast time, could be better organization for pool chairs and pool area, our bed was two separate beds put together wish it was one (could feel the seem while sleeping). All minor stuff. Really enjoyed our stay

Nice pool and great location
Average breakfast, the room wasn’t clean enough, the staff were busy and not responsive. Facilities are average. Doesn’t worth the price.

Breakfast was good. Location is a little far from most things. The hotel pool is way way too crowded. The clientele is very trashy. Mages for an unpleasant party vibe. Not relaxing. The staff is okay. But they weren't able to answer basic questions about the parking garage attached to the building. There isn't good info provided to guests about beach access, parking, facilities. Checking in was painfully slow. The rooms were a bit dirty and in poor condition. The non smoking policy is not well enforced.

The elevators are awful because of the crowd. Maybe it's because it is a weekend in July but the hotel was so crowded that all the facilities were in available. The swimming pool was full with no spot to find where to stay

The room and balcony were very nice and a good size. The breakfast was excellent.
The spa was disappointig. The massages were very expensive. We didn't find a quiet comfortable place to sit there or any herbal teas.
At the bar they had no understanding of what a cocktail is!
We ordered a salmon meal at the lobby lounge which basically wa very good but far too salty.

Not kept up and not clean in certain spaces. Gym was very dirty, mats were very old and dirty, pool deck was not kept clean, bathrooms were very dirty, toilet paper wasn’t stocked

The breakfast was spectacular. Two of my kids are gluten free and the hotel fed them wonderfully after we notified them in advance. The bedroom was clean with a magnificent sea view, quiet, and very comfortable beds and bedding. They were able to give us adjoining rooms. And the location to the beach was easy walking distance! The pool was very crowded but clean and useable. We had the most wonderful time! Exceeded our expectations!
We wish there were more restaurants for dinner and shops in easy walking distance but that is not the hotel's fault!

The hotel is quite new, room was big and spacious, and we had a very nice view to the sea. There a good restaurants near by.
We expected better from a hotel at this price. The breakfast was very crowded and uncomfortable, and the “king-size” bed was actually two mattresses pushed together.
The hotel has its own parking, but we were surprised it costs extra.
The room had some garbage from previous guests, the TV didn’t work, and there was no clear information about room service or how to order food to the room.
