Very comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast, clean rooms
There is very little to do around the hotel. We needed to take taxis wherever we went. Disappointed the swimming pool closes from October to April.

Breakfast was average, most staff were helpful, while I had 2 encounters with staff that were abrasive and dismissive
1-It took 24 hours and multiple reminders to remove broken glass at the garage door entrance. 2 -i paid for my entire stay, garage parking fee upfront, front desk manager refused to save a spot for me or refund me for the day I was blocked from entering the garage ( due to full day and night). 3 - One morning i waited 20+ minutes for security to open the garage gate .

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was large. The view is perfect. The breakfast is very luxurious. I highly recommend it.

Although the lobby of the hotel is somewhat characterless, everything else is good. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning and it was excellent - huge choice. We also had a meal in the lobby. Although the manageress was not at all helpful in sourcing an English menu and helping us, the food was good. We did not use the pool or spa, but from the photos they look really nice.
Manageress in the bar was a stand-offish and unhelpful. She needs training in customer relations. However everything else was very good.
