Clean, spacious room, nice view.
Bathroom door handles were broken, food was not good, dining room had leak from the ceiling directly on our table, no beach access.

Room was very tired - walls were peeling paint - sofa in the deluxe room was a very old sofa bed that was deeply uncomfortable - the bathroom was tiny - the advertised spa and fitness were not part of the hotel and required an extra cost to access - for the price this was not value for money at all

The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. Good water pressure. Other than paint chipping the room was relatively clean.
The first room they gave me was terrible. The carpet was filthy and the room smelled terrible. The desk clerk said there would be a room rate adjustment because the second room was smaller. Never got the adjustment.

The staff were very nice. the view is amazing
The wifi was very bad. The bed were not that comfortable you could feel that they connect two single beds . You could see the rust in the shower as well

This was exactly what we needed to recharge and get away! The room was very spacious and clean, beds were super comfortable, the view from the porch was stunning, and we loved the little kitchenette in the main room. It was also a lovely surprise to have the bedroom in a separate area from the livingroom - it gave a more private feel. Staff were kind and the location was great!
The only thing negative is that you can see that a lot of paint was chipped and you could see where they tried to repaint or patch it up, but didn’t do a good job. It did not affect our stay, just to be aware of the aesthetics.

Breakfast was good and a location was perfect
We had a problem with check in that the employee did not inform us that we needed a credit card, not direct for the deposit, they took 300 shekels from the credit card from the day of the order until now, every day they call us to finish this story and they still haven't done it, every day they transfer us to someone else

Location was gorgeous with . The food was excellent. I like how the evacuees were being treated kindly
