The people at the front desk were very helpful! If you get a chance try to reserve the room with the Jacuzzi it's very nice. The rooftop lounge has a cool view of the ocean and the city.

I booked last minute and hotel staff went out of their way to clean the room and ready it for me. Breakfast was nice and served in a pretty, light filled room.
I had a heavy suitcase and had to carry it up and down the stairs. There was no elevator available to the floor I stayed on.

Breakfast was just about ok. Very little variety. Location is good close to ocean. Parking is pretty easy.
Very musty smell in hallways. Room very small and zero view from windows. Carpets extremely old. Shower leaks all over the bathroom as there is no buffer BTW shower and bathroom

Not the most luxurious, but they always have coffee and tea available a lovely breakfast, clean, clean hotel, and rooms, and very accommodating helpful staff. This is our fifth time staying there and no regrets.
The elevators land on half floors, but the staff is always there to help

Loved the location. Rooms were comfortable. Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast and breakfast room were very nice. Butter though was hard to access and break up.
It was nice to have coffee, water and towels for beach accessible at all times. Staff was very accommodating.
The bathroom could use a little updating and for me getting in and out of the deep tub to shower was a little scary. The half glass on the shower did not keep the water off the bathroom floor and I had to use a couple towels on the wet floor every day.

Comfortable bed
The location is pretty good (5-7 minutes by foot to reach the beach, bars, and boardwalk)
Free coffee machine and plenty of room to lounge around next to the lobby, both indoor and outdoor.
No kitchenette
The shower didn't have a shelf - there's nowhere to rest the soap or shampoo after using them.
Walls are thin - you can hear people sneezing or coughing in the middle of the night from surrounding rooms

The view from the room's only window was to another room's balcony - opened the window and there was a guy from the next room over, sitting and enjoying a fine cigar.. scared the life's essence out of him by opening that window, and also it destroyed any sense of privacy for us. Hence, we didn't open that window a second time.
Also, some rooms have a balcony, and some do not. Ours didn't.

The price. The staff. The location close to the beach and midrachov.
Couldn't open curtain because all the neighboring buildings could see inside the room so it felt very closed in. There was a balcony, nice size, but also surrounded by buildings. No view at all. The 5th floor had a nice balcony from which you could see the sea if you peaked between buildings.
