The location , and only that !
My repeated requests for a double bed (before arrival) were simply ignored. The bathtub was rusted, and the seam between the shower and tub was covered in mold (photos available in the report).

Great Location and Great Kosher Certificate.
I felt for the price the rooms could have been a bit better and that there would be a pool and or spa. They had event that was loud until 11pm.

Disappointing
The bed consisted of two separated smaller beds, one of which felt lke sleeping on straw! In addition it was impossible to really connect them. I woke up hurting all over, my partner as well.

Aside of the hotel being close by to the beach and a good breakfast this place is not an destination to go to. Aside of not having even a bottle of water in the room the bed is full of bed bugs where I could not sleep the entire night

Location by the sea, large and comfortable room
The check -in process. There was only one active check-in position despite the many waiting guests.
No onsite parking available despite my use of a mobility scooter.
The Saturday morning breakfast: Poor choice of cheese, no fresh pastries, no fresh eggs, lots of left-over pasta and cooked vegetables from Friday evening dinner, no fresh juice. Last but not least, NO PROPER COFFEE!!! The only coffee available was uncooked Turkish coffee ("Botz"")

Wonderful
We needed a hotel for location and moving around, not for "resort" like amenities and this was great. We stayed for two nights in a room that faced the ocean directly and with a nice sized balcony. Beautiful. Room is large, clean and well appointed. Bathroom is clean and updated. Lobby was spacious with lots of room to sit and an outdoor sun deck. They had cookies and drinks available all day and night in the lobby. We want to make special mention of Daniel at the front desk. We arrived very late and very tired and he was so patient, and helpful and friendly!! We so appreciated that. Hotel location is a bit north of the main square of Netanya but everything is easily accessible by foot or taxi.
I don't really have anything to say could have been better.

Location is amazing! 5-minute walk from the beach. The room was great and comfortable with kids!
The cleaning staff wasn't very friendly. The desk could've been more welcoming, but overall it was a good experience.

Everything— the aesthetics were stunning— very European— teal and white everything, very elegant; nautical themed, and mosaic stained glass! Everything is sparkling clean— round the clock maids working, all very nice and do an excellent thorough cleaning! The beds are so comfy. The rooms are spacious and wonderfully cozy. Very relaxing! The tv’s actually work… I could go on and on! It was the best!
It would be nice to have more shelving in the bathrooms to place items.
