Hotel does not provide invoice on the request, they are not cooperating to find solution, ignoring messages.
The task is so easy to do, that it's disgusting that such hotel operates in this manner, no professionalism, nothing.

The location was amazing. Just off the main promenade and across the street from the Mediterranean Sea. My room was clean, the building was secure, and breakfast was amazing. I was very happy here

This place was recommended by friends for a last minute stay but the night staff is non existent. They have us such a small room after 2 nights we requested a change and were given a better room. Nothing crazy but better than the first room. Im.not sure if the first room was a normal room to give but when you order online be prepared to get the worst. The owner made the change and did not ask for extra money. I did not think he would though. I don't think the room we got originally qualified as a hotel room.
The size of the room as well as the lack of staff during the late evening and night hours.

I love it with the staff are so welcoming nd make you feel at home. The Breakfast is really good!! The location right by the beach

Great location, good price, older but clean facilities, felt safe there as solo female traveler, breakfast included
They had a noisy young people’s group who were very noisy in the hall around 23:30 but got very quiet by 24:00. Their adult supervisors must have spoken to them . In the morning they were not a problem .

Transparent beige curtains so the sun brightens the room at 6 a.m.
Only one small elevator for 7 floors so takes a long time. Not enough tables in the dining room. And not enough towels
