The location of the hotel was wonderful and quiet and the staff was helpful and kind especially madam aline the front desk
The wifi and the net was weak and bad in the high floors and I hope to take care and solve this problem

The pool was excellent, the pool guard was exceptionally friendly, breakfast was very nice, we had a small room, there was a larger room available on our floor, but the air-conditioning wasn’t working so we accepted what we were given.
The location at the sea was excellent.
We were very pleased with our accommodations.

Some bathroom towels were brand new which can leave cotton residue on the skin after washing. The staff should wash brand new towels before use.

The view and the pool whrn open and the food Friday night is perfect.. not salty and heimish and they make our eggs perfect for breakfast . Balconies face sea

Very friendly and responsive staff. Good value. Excellent ocean view. Beachfront promenade across the street. Close to shopping. Good Israeli breakfast.
Physical plant dated although this makes the hotel affordable. Synogogue on site but no.minyan (quorum of 10) available, possibly seasonal since January visit and hotel more for beach goers.

I like the location of the hotel walking distance to the square
Staff extremely helpful I was alone they kept asking if I needed anything so friendly will definitely recommend excellent views of the sea I booked meals good value and so much chocie will definitely recommend
Some room need to be upgraded especially the bathrooms

Disappointing
Sheets were not clean, a few trash items left in the room and trash can in bathroom not emptied. Pillows were old and frumpy and not very comfortable.
Breakfast did not have very many options and didn't look so fresh. Was supposed to stay 3 nights, stayed only one and found a much better hotel for almost the same price.
The staff were very friendly and oppologetic. The location is fantastic.

The place was wonderful ... near the beach we went outside for walk and that was fun ..
First when we arrived ,no towels no heater wasnt working . I go to the receptionist to ask to fix it and at the end i ask if we able to move to other room at first he said theres no available room and i go ask again for the heater to fix and at the end he moved us . The food was fine , thypical food like i used to eat nothing special .

i was locked out my room the key card didnt work neither did there master key so they had to smash the lock and demanded me to pay for it! even though not my problem i refused to pay the $300 they wanted
will never stay again in this hotel!!

Breakfast was plentiful but not special. The pool was quiet and clean but not heated. The location is great and the view from the balcony of our room was amazing!
The bathroom was grotty, didn’t feel clean (possibly because of its poor condition) and tiny. It was very off putting.

view beautiful, room in very good condition, although a little small.
Bathroom wasn't renovated and is old and worn. Breakfast disappointing. The bread was not a great quality and was stale on the 2nd day of our stay.
