Great location- a lot going on all around. Only 3 minutes to malchei Yisroel, the “1” bus to the Kosel, and all the shops and eateries. A minyan (factory) on the block. Also very good customer service, and extremely helpful for all our needs.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful
The religious neighborhood is VERY unfriendly therefore getting to the hotel is VERY uncomfortable. Because there is no parking nearby, you are basically forced to go through their neighborhood.

Friendly and helpful staff, great interior, even free snacks and tea/coffee for guests. The room had plenty of amenities and consumables, which covered anything you could possibly need.
The sound from the street - traffic is extra loud in Jerusalem as everybody honks their car horns all the time and it can be very frustrating until 8-9 pm when traffic calms down. Even when the windows are closed, the sound is still pretty annoying, maybe the hotel could invest in better soundproof windows. Otherwise, everything else was great about the hotel.

Felt very cozy, and warm. A lot of history and antiques. 15 mins walk from downtown Jerusalem. Would like to say thanks to Esther for being very attentive and helpful during check in. Over all good value for money.
Parking might take a while to find. Also the hotel is in center of ultra orthodox neighborhood.

The room had an amazing private courtyard that we spent hours in. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was right in the heart of geula extremely convenient
Being there so long the kitchenette did not lend itself to being able to cook, only heat up food.

Close to my daughter who I came to visit, and to the downtown area with it's amenities. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and generous, even offering me an upgrade to a better room. The private patio was also nice.
Property wasn't in the best repair, though everything functioned just fine. Also, I'm not a big fan of soft shower enclosures.

Staff were amazing, super helpful. Location was great for me, in the heart of Meir Shorim neighborhood. Room was small and furnished with antiques. Room was very Clean. Genuine Israeli living experience.
Rooms are small. Neighborhood is noisy, but very safe.

Everything. Location was awesome. Staff was great. The 'atmosphere' of the hotel and the rooms was so nice. Love the art and the antiques. An Oasis !
