Great location, the rooms are clean
I needed to add 2 beds for my 2 kids to the Suite I took. They charged me an additional 600 shekel per child.

Wonderful
The staff were amazing! All of our interactions and needs were fully met with willingness and politeness. Especially the night agent at front desk. She was wonderful!
It's Israel. There will always be a few things that are issues, but nothing to deter us from recommending this place. If possible, try to avoid checking-in or out on Shabbat. Not a hotel issue, more so the challenges of getting to or from the hotel and the children outside who will have issues with anything you do on Shabbat. We had an unfortunate experience with the "radicalized orthodox" children (this was the label the nice Jewish children called them).

Very Good
the location was unbelievable , very close to the western wall , easy to walk to , and all the staff was very kind and helpful .the breakfast was very good , with lots of options .
a little big bigger rooms , and more updated as well , it is an old and not renovated hotel , but in exchange the location was superb

Location is great. Breakfast was good.
Note that the pictures are from the renovated side of the hotel. Unfortunately we did not get that side. The rooms we got were fair and definitely needed renovating. Dinner was extra and was ok, but not worth the price.

The location was amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Our first room was in a filthy basement /downstairs area but luckily they couldn’t get the door to open. We were moved to a lovely clean part of the hotel.

Wonderful
The location is amazing, in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City. The room was beautiful, especially the ceiling and the two comfortable chairs to sit in near the window. The lobby lounge is wonderfully furnished and very comfortable.
The room was a little dusty. The bars on the window block out the spectacular view which is a great pity. It would be great if the hotel had an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the beautiful Jerusalem night air.

Very Poor
the only positive was the location
When we first checked in, we began with arguing about the VAT tax which we paid, although we shouldn't have due to our status. THE room was filthy, sheets were torn, no hot water, we had to change rooms and still no hot water. the stay included breakfast, it was inedible, we had to have breakfast elsewhere. staff was rude, and unhelpful. there was a dog barking at us from behind the from desk. I could go on, this was terrible.

It was amazing location, 5 minutes walk from the Kotel. Lovely building.
It needs a serious refurbishment, top to bottom. Also breakfast was ok, not great.
