It's a perfect hotel! We loved the location and the room. There are no staff members and it's really ok. You can contact them via WhatsApp and frankly you have everything you need in the room. You even get a small complimentary wine bottle. There's no elevator so pay attention if it's important to you. The location of the hotel is fabulous, right in the middle of the down town, 5 minutes from Mamila and 3 minutes from cicar tzion. The water current is really great (my wife had no complaints haha). There's a terras right in front the room with a great view to the city center. Great for sitting and chilling. We will definitely come back.

Location is prime for the cost. The Old city of David was just a 5min walk. The tram was a 2min walk. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping was all just minutes away walking distance. The staff were very helpful providing me with links for the transit and extra coat hangers etc. The wall were solid and I couldn't hear any of whatever my neighbors were doing in their rooms.
It would have been nice to have an iron available. Perhaps there was but I didn't notice. I recommend using ear plugs and an eye mask. The inner city can be noisy and daylight breaks early.

Location is great, everything is actually walkable from there and lots of restaurants closeby. room size is good and everything is in it what you need. The gesture with the small bottle of red wine was super nice (but unfortunately I can’t drink it…).
Bed was a bit „too much used“ and super soft. Walls are very thin so you will hear everything from outside (which could be very loud, as closeby are sometimes parties/ loud music).

the rooms are really lovely, spacious and clean! good sized bathroom and amenities. location is great. about 10/15 min walk to Jaffa Gate! lots of restaurants around.

Excellent location.
We were informed that cleaning would only be done upon request, so we left some of our belongings in the room and were surprised by a cleaning service; someone entered the room without us knowing. The wifi signal is very poor for video calls. There is no elevator, and there is no place to park at the front.

The room was not clean properly, i found sesame seeds all over the place: on the green chair in the room and next to the kitchen. I would understand a spot has been missed if its a big apartment, but this is a rather small room so you could say someone just didnt commit enough time cleaning the place. The drawer in the kitchen was also dirty Communication is only through whatsapp which feels a bit unreliable. Previous persons used shampoo was left in the cupboard in the toilet

The room was very clean and comfortable, with just enough space for some luggage arrangement. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us in a good spot to explore the surrounding city streets and City Hall
BE AWARE that Shlomtzi does not have elevators or ramps, so disabled guests will be at a loss on getting to the rooms. This lack of accessibility is a huge downside, with the rooms being on the 3rd floor with only a narrow flight of stairs to get there. Bringing up large, heavy luggage will also be difficult.
