Wonderful
This was our first stay at the Raphael Residences. The location was ideal, in a quieter area of Jerusalem, but near public transportation, shops, and cafes. The room was spotless and comfortable, included a living room and kitchenette including a separate bedroom. Travel size toiletries were provided in the bathroom. The staff was courteous and helpful
A bonus would have been - water bottles in the room, box of tissues in the bathroom.

Our room was not ready when we arrived and eventually delivered to us 3hrs later than check-in time.
beds not comfortable and open couch was bit broken.

Loved the location- convenient to walk to Emek Refaim and right behind a fantastic restaurant (The Grand Cafe) as well as within a block of other places to grab food. The staff was very kind and quick to help me when I had small issues with the lock on the back patio and when I asked for a slightly late checkout. The interior of my unit was not the newest but it was large and a great place for a reasonable price!

A great location in Baka less than ten minutes walk from Emek Refaim and five minutes from the bus stop into the city. It was quiet and sunny, but right next to lovely cafes, little shops and the best felafel (Felafel Oved). Separate bedroom and fully kitted out kitchen and a small patio worked really well for us.
Online communication was poor to non-existent. any messages through Booking.com got an automated message about the “high volume of inquiries” with a suggestion to WhatsApp or call. I tried both with no response, trying to arrange a different check in time than the allowed two-hour window. Staff on site were lovely however.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Location is great. Room had a small living room with a stovetop and some dishes, and a small fridge--very helpful. Also, there is free parking on the premises. Location is great with a lot of shops and restaraunts nearby, and the bus stop right down the street if you want to go into the center (it's walkable but about a half hour to most interesting places, like the shuk).
Office is not open 24/7. We didn't have any emergencies and there is a number to call, but just something to be aware of.
