The staff provided parking in front of the hotel. Exceptionally clean room and facility. Very comfortable bed, strong and easy to use shower. The staff was friendly, smiling and spoke perfect English. There was complimentary water and chocolate waiting in the room upon arrival. I received a call the first day to welcome me and ask if there was anything they could do to help. It was a great value. The location was amazing and walking distance to many tasty restaurants and great neighborhoods. The breakfast buffet was first rate with a large selection of food, cereals, brea, eggs and beverages. Definitely will be back.

From the moment I booked, the customer experience was outstanding. The hotel contacted me via WhatsApp, offered an early check-in, and made the entire arrival process effortless. Since I completed the online check-in in advance, I received my room key immediately upon arrival without any waiting. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as requested—a high-floor room with a lovely city view. The location is excellent: on a quiet street within walking distance of the Old City and many attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and for my birthday they surprised us with chocolates, a balloon, and a handwritten card from the hotel manager. Those personal touches made a real difference. It is clear that a great deal of thought has gone into the hotel’s branding, design, and overall guest experience.
I wouldn’t say “I didn’t like”, only a few minor suggestions for improvement. The rooftop is beautifully designed but feels underutilized. During the day it needs umbrellas for shade, and in the evening it would be nice if the fireplace and bar were more actively available, as it has the potential to become a fantastic gathering space. Also, despite using the “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping still knocked on the door once. Finally, the desk in the room was not very comfortable to use because the cabinet underneath (which houses the minibar) leaves little legroom.

Very nice and helpful people ar the reception! The hotel is unique with its style and furniture, which is a little worn, but is very different from modern impersonal designs. Real wooden tables, cabinets and wardrobes make each room special. And location is very good too. I like this hotel very much!

Great location if attending a concert at Crowne Jerusalem Theatre and convenient generally. Old hotel but room was comfortable and shower hot and good pressure. Gave us free under cover parking. Large TV in room with lots of channels and well tuned and clear. Nice chocolate gift. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hotel was a lot more modestly priced inclusive of breakfast than others for that night and we felt that we got good value. Overall pleasantly surprised.
For what we paid we felt that we got what we could hope for and nothing really upset us. Curtains could be upgraded to newer more attractive newer ones.

Love this hotel. Location is perfect - quiet side street but close to the old city. The staff was lovely and attentive, breakfast was great, hotel extremely clean. Would definitely stay again!

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is less than a ten minute walk to the Old City. Being in West Jerusalem, you won't have to worry about where to eat since you have access to all the local vendors and eateries surrounding the hotel. Also Jaffa Street is only a few blocks from the hotel where you can find essentially anything you need from utility products to wonderful local foods and to experience the city atmosphere.

Great location. Nice clean room.
They didn’t consider we were staying during Shabbat and it was hard to be included for Shabbat dinner and lunch. They should address it during the reservation seeing that everything closes in Jerusalem during Shabbat.
