המלון במיקום מצויין ביחס למה שהיינו צריכים קרוב לכל משרדי הממשלה. הגענו מאוחר מאוד בלילה וקיבלו אותנו יפה . פינקו בארוחת בוקר טובה וגם היה לנו חניה . ממליץ מאוד בקשנו גם צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר ויפשרו לנו גם כשהיה עומס שזה לא מובן מאליו

Rooms cleaned everyday, quiet, surprise little things like a fruit tray, water bottles, lotion left by the staff.
Tub was very slippery, caught myself a few times from taking what would have been a fall and injury.

It’s not a walking distance from most attractions, although some are close and others you can reach by the local lite train. Also a bit noisy as it is on a major highway

Mini bar was a little noisy and the tv sometimes didn't work but we didn't tell the staff about it cuz it wasn't urgent.

Great Stay at Prima Park Hotel We had a one-night stay at Prima Park Hotel and it was excellent. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well organized. Special thanks to Sheren at the reception desk — she was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Her warm attitude made our short stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and tidy, staff was very polite, caring, friendly, and helpful. I asked for quiet room, and they fulfilled my request and expectations. Location is excellent, by tram well connected to everywhere I needed or wanted to go.
I would prefer better choice and variety of fruit for breakfast.

Great staff very keen to help. Wonderful breakfast.
Didn’t get bottles of water to the room, room Maintenance was not excellent especially the bathroom. Floors felt not so clean when walked with bare feet.
