The breakfast was unbelievable. They had everything you could think of and lots is it.
Semi private areas off the main lobby to visit with family and friends. Water avaliable to fill your bottle in the lobby. Shabbot elevator.

Smoked salmon at breakfast
Street noise. Honking and sirens well past 23:00. Shower is in slippery bathtub. Hotel said I had to add 18% VAT even though booking app said the price included VAT. Was forced to pay to get room. To their credit - they called me 2 days later and refunded me the 18%.

The hotel was wonderfully situated within walking distance of the old city. The rooms were cleaned daily and the accommodations were very nice.
There was an issue with the billing. It was resolved but took about a week to be able to speak with the staff directly to rectify. Once I did get to speak with someone, she was extremely responsive and helpful.

The hotel was incredibly clean and well appointed. We arrived and our front desk manager offered us a coupon for the evening meal because we had arrived early and he wanted to treat us. It was absolutely delicious! The breakfast was scrumptious, and we had two helpings - one at 7-ish and one after we walked back from the Kotel at around 9.30. Liat made us delicious scrambled eggs exactly to our taste. Couldn't have been better experience.

The breakfest was truly amazing. I have never seen such a variety for brakfest. From choices of hot or cold foods everything was absolutely delicious. I ate enough food to last me the whole day. The staff was very very responsive and delivered my request within minutes.Thank you

Ahmad was a very kind and efficient helper at the desk. Exceptionally competent. The availability of the reception in the Lounge late in the day was particularly welcoming.
A group of people in the hotel as the same time as us were noisy at inappropriate times. They were open to being asked to be quiet, but it was as though no one told them of quiet hours, and their apartment door was directly across the hall from ours. The traffic from the street was also particularly noisy at night.
