Rooms are dingy and outdated. The carpet is dirty. We had clean sheets and towels and plenty of personal toiletries.

The Terrace I selected was way bigger than I thought. The food was incredible.
The lighting in bathroom was very dim. No 10 x mirror like the other room we had.

Overpriced hotel! They gave us 1 room for 4 people and we didnt have enough beds for the fourth of us. Sleeping there was very uncomfortable. I dont recommend this hotel at all. The rooms were next to the street, you could hear noise all night long. The rooms and bathrooms were very small

A/C would turn off when I left the room. After I long day of walking/site seeing to come back to a hot room was very disappointing. Also, the A/C would turn itself off in the middle of the night. Bed and bedding not comfortable. When I inquired to extend for one more night stay they said the price would be the same. When I came to extend the room the price increased by about $45 USD. I opted to leave and find another hotel that took was cheaper and more comfortable.

This hotel was good, but not great. The front desk staff were nice enough, but the staff in the restaurant weren't either very helpful or polite. With breakfast being offered over a 4 hour period every time we went for breakfast we felt like we were getting in the way and were a huge inconvenience. Not a huge deal, just not the best.

Location is very good and not far from Old City but generally caters for large tourist groups. The breakfast selection is exceptional and varied for all dietary requirements. Hotel is rather old and rooms are small.They need renovation
The beds were single beds and narrow and not the normal size you would expect in a hotel.THey are OK for smaller people but most europeans (larger Americans a real squeeze) would have problems.Stayed 2 nights and then moved to another hotel
