Large family room good for 4 people
Lack of appropriate bedding: no duvet provided, only sheet and bed cover which is not hygienic to use for sleeping.
Warmer synthetic blankets folded in the closet were of unappealing quality.

Conveniently located in the old quarters and directly across from the shopping mall Mamilla. Taxi stand directly across from
the hotel as well. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here & will definitely stay again. Tops is the people who work there & the location. The breakfast is exceptional.
We ran the bathroom heater all night & blew a fuse but that was stupidity on our part & the issue was handled quickly.

Staying at New Imperial hotel is like being at home. Everyone treated us like family and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitively stay again.
The familiarity of the place. Is like going to our relatives home in the Old city of Jerusalem.

Great location and a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. What truly made our stay special was the friendly and welcoming staff — especially Hanna Awad, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, the blanket was without a cover, which was not hygienic and made the stay uncomfortable. This should be improved.

Location its excellent as it is right at the entrance of the Old City of Jerusalem. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. Overall it is a good value and it's a decent hotel.
The rooms are a bit dated and small yet comfortable enough, but there is no elevator which was a bit of a hassle when bringing in the luggage.

Very wonderful eclectic hotel interior. We enjoyed being right in the Old City. Reminds me of a small Pensione in Italy. Enjoyed time in the hanging out area of the hotel and went up to the roof to see the sunrise over the Temple Mount. Loved the family story behind the hotel and the service.

My stay at the hotel was great. The building is old, unique, and beautiful, which made the experience special. The location is amazing, it's close to everything and very convenient for visiting the main sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate their service. the bathroom window didn't close properly, and since it was winter, it was very cold both in the bathroom and in the room.
