The locarion
It is a religious hotel. Therefore there is no elevator on Shabat. We needed to carry our luggage on the stairs. The food on breakfast is from yesterday, there is no coffee, just black coffee. No eggs, just hard egg from yesterday. It is not written anywhere that this hotel is religious. If I know I would not come.
Also the bed is very short- my legs were out of the bed and I am 1.60

relatively decent rooms , good check in and location.
Terrible breakfast that was spoilt by improper behaviour and attire of the employees. Friends of the employees (non guests) were invited in to eat, touched certain foods with their dirty hands, loud ringtones from phones in several local languages were very disturbing. I immediately left the room not to return.

Breakfast was very good, and the location was within walking distance of the Western Wall. Customer service was on point, went above and beyond to help with every question, and also gave other options. very clean

The location is great - but it was a little loud. The hotel is standard, no-frills, but comfortable and really central. The breakfast was also excellent. I would come back.
There was no soap in the room. But the night porter was very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful
This is a great place to stay in the center of Jerusalem. It isn't a fancy hotel but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. The location is amazing. The staff are excellent. The rooms seemed to have been renovated recently as well.

nice breakfast good location clean rooms
one thing i did not like in hotel as we paid for breakfast our last day on Sunday morning but we did not have chance to have it as we were leaving after 6am morning they promised us on Saturday day before the breakfast will be ready for us morning Sunday but was not ready nothing for us and we had to make something in rush
