Everything was excellent – the clean and comfortable rooms, the great location, the delicious breakfast, and especially the outstanding service. A special thanks to Ibrahim, the manager, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. He made our stay truly enjoyable.

The Arabic staff ate aggressive, horrible, lazy and don't care unless you are their own. Abrahim the manager was extremely unprofessional. The rooms are semi broken, dirty. Needs major renovations. Food was not fresh and tasteless. Expect to pay for parking although the parking in Grand hotel is free. I also stayed at the Grand hotel which is right next this hotel so you are better off booking there. Seems that fattal leonardo hotels around Israel are with greed than with customer service. They hire cheap employees who are unprofessional and charge visitors more than they should
