Since I arrived, I was met by Sufian who told me: I will take care of you. He made my stay in the hotel a pleasant experience. He mas sure that I got a good room with great view. He address every questions or concern quickly. Even, When I call from my room to the front desk: he said my name and he told me: Don't worry, I will take care of it. Keep in mind, my trip to Jerusalem was in the middle of the war with Iran. The hotel staff made sure that we were safe during the difficult times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really liked the hotel.
The AC is activated by a motion sensor. So, it will turn off during the night.

Breakfast was good however it was the same items for 11 days
Rudeness of some staff, the room was not always cleaned . The smell in the rooms and corridors, the overall appearance rundown and outdated. Piles of garbage right outside of the hotel etc

I never stayed there when I came to the hotel. They told me they had to relocate me to another hotel because they were overbooked. I was not happy about that situation so I had to rebook my own hotel. You don’t tell someone when they walk in the door we relocating you Very upset about it.

The Arabic staff ate aggressive, horrible, lazy and don't care unless you are their own. Abrahim the manager was extremely unprofessional. The rooms are semi broken, dirty. Needs major renovations. Food was not fresh and tasteless. Expect to pay for parking although the parking in Grand hotel is free. I also stayed at the Grand hotel which is right next this hotel so you are better off booking there. Seems that fattal leonardo hotels around Israel are with greed than with customer service. They hire cheap employees who are unprofessional and charge visitors more than they should

Location location location.
A little run down but clean. It’s priced cheaper due to the location (East Jerusalem, possibly a little more problematic) and geared towards a crowd that wants to pay less (and get less high end cuisine). But all in all I needed to be THERE so I’d stay again gd willing.

This hotel was a good value but a little further from the main attracts such as the Jaffa Gate of the old city, Jaffa Street with all the shops and night life, and the Yahuda Market.

Check out was almost as fast as i wanted. Breakfast was mostly fine, but the bread unfortunately is not fresh.
First room we got had bed bugs in it. Luckily i saw them before falling aspeep, was assigned new room after reporting the issue. Carpets in hallways look like they never saw cleaning, stains every few steps. Simple tasks by staff like check in, takes too long in my opinion.
