I loved the location. Everything feels very new and clean. Most of the people working there were very helpful and hard working. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and modern.
I was only disappointed that the pool was closed. I was also having a hard time reaching the person in charge of reservations. You can only book holiday times on the phone, it seems.

Location. Location. Location.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
If you come by car, good luck with finding a close parking spot. The beds were awful, not comfortable at all. The shower is too small plus when you turn on the water the floor gets flooded easily. The breakfast was ok, very rich but few things weren't tasty, like the coffee from the machine

Staff availability issues: Bartender never around, need to wait in line at reception to call him
Poor pool service: No waiter at pool area, waiter constantly disappears, chef refuses to take orders claiming it's not his job
Basic amenities missing: No ice available even on the hottest days of the year
Misleading restaurant information: No restaurant exists despite website claims; only food option is at the pool bar
Food quality and hygiene: Dirty pool bar, limited menu (only chips or burnt schnitzels), difficult to find staff to order
Pool size and capacity: Pool was extremely small with no seating area available and no space even in the water, forcing guests to give up on using it
Housekeeping problems: Towels disappeared after room cleaning - all types (face, hand, body towels) went missingRoom maintenance: All phone buttons in room didn't work
Reception service: Staff member provided zero-level service, didn't understand what we were saying , promised delivery "in a few minutes"
Service delays: Had to wait 45 minutes without being able to shower, only received body towels (no face or hand towels as originally provided)

The hotel is in poor shape. The staff was not friendly. Lots of noise inside. The main entrance is a construction site, they're building another building there and it's only in its early stage. 7am Jack hammers right by your window. Not iron in the room, for safety reason, but electrical wires are loose all over their "laundry room". THERE'S NO PARKING, and don't let them lure you to park on a nearby street, unless you willing to pay the parking fees!!!! Their breakfast was OK

I understand it is Saturday, but to do 2 Shabbat elevators means that the non religious waited a long time for one working elevator. Sometimes 10 minutes or more

The terrace room's Old City view is incredible.
The lobby and public areas are lovely.
Very kind staff. Perfect location.
Comfortable bed.
Generous amenities.
The brown marble tiles in the bathroom are a bit oldish, as well as the general style of the room's furniture (at least the one we got). But the room was large and clean.
