Exceptional
The staff, the room, the food
The granularity of the lightning in the room.
The fact that there was a slippery bath rather than a shower. The rubber mat helped to some extent

Pleasant
A beautiful hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options.
Unfortunately, the pool area was a major disappointment and did not meet the standard I would expect from a luxury hotel.
My friend and I planned to spend most of our day by the pool, but the experience was far from enjoyable. The biggest issue was the large number of crows taking over the area. I understand that dealing with crows can be challenging, but this is something that clearly requires a better solution.
There also didn’t seem to be a dedicated staff member regularly maintaining the pool area. Guests would leave food from the pool bar on their loungers, and the crows would pick it up and scatter it all over the pool deck. At one point, I watched a crow drop food directly into the swimming pool, where it simply remained. Later, I even saw a cat, birds, and crows all gathering around leftover food in the area.
In addition, a wet towel was left beside the pool for the entire time I was there—over two and a half hours—without anyone removing it. Small details like these create the impression that the pool area is not being properly monitored or maintained.
It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but such basic operational issues significantly affected our experience. I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve, as the pool should reflect the same high standards as the rest of the hotel.

The food, particularly on Shabbat was fantastic. Great location and comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful with taking care of our needs. The location is very convenient to the city center and the Old City.
The food at the breakfast buffet could have used better labeling and some of the food on the buffet got cold.

Beautiful rooms, an incredible breakfast spread, and exceptional service throughout. Big shoutout to Jeries, the Front Desk Manager, who was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

The room was GORGEOUS! I was in the presdetial suite and boy was it SWEET! I have been in nice hotels around the world and this was for sure one of the nicest experiences I had! I am very thakful that they allowed me to have a longer time to check out! Very impressed ten starts!!!**********
The room was very clean. The upkeep was amazing...Only if I had to find the one thing to make it MORE pefect than what it was....I would say that the fridge was not that cold even if it was on the highest setting.....But again everything else was spectacular----The executive lounge was amazing!

Wonderful
Location was easy and great. furniture was modern and comfy and the rooms had good facilities and bathrooms were excellent with nice premium products.Breakfast was extremely tasty and there was a huge selection of food. The premium lounge (only for those with suites) was lovely and lots of complementary goodies (sandwiches, drinks, cakes, and soup and wine). Swimming pool and spa facilities were very pleasant and the outdoor pool was covered with a heated bubble. Room was spacious and lovely. Lovely complementary fruit and pastries in our room upon arrival.
The staff. No-one to greet us and take us to our rooms. No-one to explain phone or tv usage etc. Complete disinterest. We had suite and two premium rooms on 6th and 8th floor. We had booked a light show for the evening with the concierge prior to arrival. We were told to come for a taxi ten minutes before the show began and when we came fifteen minutes early there was no taxi for six available. We had to get two cabs. We did say we would need to order a large car but were told not necessary. We wanted to eat in the milky restaurant but it was only soup.

Awesome breakfast, with an incredible variety to choose from, and great quality, might be the best I have ever had
The a/c wasn't working properly when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed by a technician, who replaced the filter.

Very Good
The staff were fantastic, especially those in the food service areas. They were friendly, very fluent in English and highly professional. The rooms were quiet and beds very comfortable. The breakfasts were exceptional, even for those mornings we slept in and were at the buffet late in the morning! Also very convenient and easy to use was the free indoor parking that was greatly appreciated.
An employee left a vacuum cleaner running just outside my room at 7am one morning. He wasn’t even using it. I had to go out in my pyjamas and find him on the floor and ask him to stop.
Lack of a hot tub at the pool was disappointing and the sauna’s were located in an enclosed change room area that felt creepy.
