This is the first time I stayed at IBIS CITY JERUSALEM CENTER, I was actually going to stay elsewhere, where I´ve stayed previously, but a good friend from Israel recommended I book here, I booked 4 rooms, and overall it was a NICE STAY!
The Hotel is at a PERFECT location to move walking back and forth to the OLD CITY, which was what we needed, and it is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants... in a safe area
The staff at the restaurant are really nice, and food was delicious for breakfast!!!
Rooms are pretty basic but clean, a bit small, and there is a lack o space for placing luggage, it would be a good idea to include at least 1 luggage carrier (foldable suitcase stand)... it would help a lot
bathroom was good, more towels would be appreciated, specially for women guests, 2 per person is needed,
Staff at the front desk IN GENERAL were a bit BITTER... and this shouldn't be so in HOSPITALITY, and specially NOW with the lack of tourism in Israel, you should be a bit kinder to guests who amist it all LOVE ISRAEL and are there,
A SMILE always goes a long way!

Wonderful
The staff was nice. The food was excellent. Johnny was so helpful
The showers needed to be cleaned. The curtains were moldy and the joints where the handicapped bars connected to the walls were blackened. Also, although everyone was so nice, I was hoping the could help me more with tourist information. Esam, who worked at night was helpful

Staff was friendly.
Construction was happening outside the hotel so it was loud at times and the street noise was very loud in the evening.

Exceptional
Everything about my stay was truly amazing, and I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the reception staff. Ms. Betty was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Her warm and attentive support made a significant difference and truly added value to my overall experience.
In fact, she was the main reason I chose to extend my stay and the key reason I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others. Ms. Betty is a true asset to your team, and I deeply appreciate her outstanding hospitality!
Nothing everything was perfect

Wonderful
Very good location, the room quite small and minimalistic, small place for luggage, the bed is quite comortable, breakfast with many options but more tuned to veggy, the hotel has all you need for a short period , but coming by car is not very easy to find the place.

Staff were amazing. We needed to store luggage And they gladly did that. We needed a taxi and they helped with that. Every time we came or left we were greeted politely.
Our view was terrible. The building next to us looked bad such as no windows and stray cats. The first night was noisy in the street. And the construction next to it made it difficult for our taxi and they start early in the morning.
