The swimming pool!
The hotel is in a pedestrian zone and it is a little difficult to tell cabs where to drop or wait - there are two spots that are not too far, but with heavy luggage it may be inconvenient - perhaps the management can do something about this? Having the swimming pool and gymn open earlier in the morning and in the evening would really be helpful for busy travelers.

We were so impressed by how much we got for the price. It was a beautiful room with a complimentary bottle of wine. Great rain shower with amazing pressure. Pool and sauna were excellent! The dinner and breakfast were so delicious and abundant!

Location. Room comfort although for a deluxe room two comfortable chairs would be better. We were givin a late 8pm check out for a charge.
The lady at the revolving door was very cold and unfriendly. The breakfast could have been better.The room needed a second comfortable chair. The TV had very limited movies.

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, from Tamer at the front desk, to Mani in the dining room...everyone!!
I was fully and incredibly satisfied with everything they are all exceptional, I came as a stranger to the country and feel as though there were ties made that will have positive and enduring life long memories. I will return if God allows. I do recommend them they made my experience perfect!!
