Our stay at Eyal Jerusalem Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was provided as part of our tour package booked with Compass Travel Israel, and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Old City and main attractions, yet in a quiet and pleasant area.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fresh and generous with a nice variety of local options. The breakfast was a real highlight – plentiful, fresh, and delicious every morning.
A special thank you to all the front desk staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism. Jimmy is simply the best — attentive, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. His service truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is right in the middle of central Jerusalem, very close to the old city and within walking distance to the market and Mamila quarter. At night there was some shady activity of drunk people, but mostly a great location. Also, there is a small parking lot of the hotel where you can park for free (if there is room). The rooms are cozy, nothing fancy but clean and comfy.
We paid for dinner and breakfast on the weekend. The food was ok, there was a variety and the staff was very caring, but dinner was expensive and I didn't feel it was worth the price (again, good dinner, but pricing is a bit too much).

Very few parking places in the hotel, if you got lucky and find one in the hotel, you can relax, if not, you will get parking ticket, the parking situation is horrible, you cant really enjoy and be worried about your car..

A simple but clean hotel in the center of West Jerusalem. Among all the overpriced options in downtown Jerusalem, I have found this one to be the best, combining price, location, comfort, and cleanliness into one good package. I have stayed here before, and I will stay here again.
The eggs at breakfast were not particularly inspiring. However, the rest of the spread was more than a person would desire.
