Disappointing
The location was great, right on the corner with King David St. Breakfast buffet was included with our room booking and was decent. Very good variety, plenty of food, never left hungry but the tables, chairs and placemats were not very clean.
The room was dismal. Too small, rundown, very dated. We asked to have a room on the top floor as those were renovated recently and looked nice. Our room was not and there was nowhere to put our clothes, so couldn't unpack our suitcases for the 8 days we were there. There was no bureau or chest of drawers, just a tiny closet with literally 3 hangers in it, and a couple of small shelves. Not a good situation.

The property has lovely staff working there. However the rooms are old, stained, not well maintained and rather uncomfortable.

Great location, good value. Very good breakfast.
Jerusalem is building a light rail nearby, so there may be road closures in the area making traffic very slow. You may be better off walking a few minutes instead of taking a taxi to the front door of the hotel at certain times of day.

Wonderful
The location is amazing. The staff was lovely. The hotel is adorable. I would come again. The food was pretty good. There weren’t as many choices as a higher end hotel but for the value, it was great.
The room was nice but some of the linens had a stain or two. They were a bit stingy with the shampoo/conditioned/body wash. There was a black stain in the bathtub (thought maybe it was a bug at first). The sink is flat so didn’t drain so well. It’s a bit noisy bc it’s on a Main Street.
