We were in Jerusalem for the first time because of a wedding. This is a large well-located hotel and the service was excellent. They have a big dining room with a variety of breakfast selections. Although for us, we had to look carefully for food we are used to eating in the morning. But this issue was one we experienced throughout our trip. They did a great job with our laundry.
The issue we had was a TV that didn't work, but techs sent worked hard to try to fix it. Finally, the TV was replaced with a new one. The heating and A/C system was different than what we were used to. It was very warm when we first entered, and then we learned that the hotel can either provide air conditioning or heat. We were advised to open the window to get cooling, and we turned off the heat. When it was too cold, we closed the window and turned on the heat.

Food is excellent. Room was spacious by Israeli standard. Elevators were very good. Location is perfect for walking to the Kotel or bussing to the center of town. There is a shul around the corner (Ohel Yitzchok) if you need it.
Shabbos meals were expensive but within the norm for Jerusalem.

The view from my room (the attached image is a zoom view into the old City) and the availability of newspapers in English at breakfast. Staff was helpful almost all the time. The central location is a plus.

Salum should be running your hotel. He was so gracious all smiles all the time, would do anything to. Ake sure guests were happy and comfortable. Size of the suite was nice.
Breakfast was pretty basic, not really so good. Gym needs work. Not good at all.

Hotel location. Live music. Helpful staff.
Very limited parking lots. The hotel was fully loaded and little bit messy and not organized in lobby and especially in restauran. Staff made his maximum efforts.

The breakfast was all pretty tasteless. I would have rather sacrificied quantity for quality. If they had cut the variety in half but focused on better quality, it would have made a big difference. The fruit was inedible, and that is mostly what I eat at breakfast. The jams were artificial tasting. Even the little containers of yogurt were bad. That's hard to do in Israel which has really good yogurt overall. Really disappointed that out of at least 100 items, the only thing that was edible was the Halva and I don't eat candy for breakfast. We completely skipped breakfast one morning and ate power bars we brought from home.
We checked in and the room was very warm. There was no way to cool it off so the front desk told us to open the window. Without a screen on the window, that was not an acceptable option for us. We were told all of the rooms in the hotels were just as warm. When we said that we were planning to move to another hotel, even though we would lose the price of one night's payment, we were moved to a room on the penthous level with climate control. It was a very large room; however, if this is the best they have, it was still pretty pathetic by American standards. There was a very loud party in the conference room next door. We were told that it would be over by 9PM. That was not the case. We stayed at the hotel last year and thought it was adequate then. However, it has seriously gone downhill. We stayed four nights and housekeeping never made it up to our floor and we never saw them on other floors. We had to go to the front desk every time we needed something as minimal as toilet paper. Then, of course, we had to tip the guy each time we requested an item that should have been provided by housekeeping who was never anywhere to be found.
There was no place to purchase soda or snacks and the stores were closed on Shabbat. Not a comfortable hotel.

I didn't have parking in your hotel , so I should be moved my car every two hours!!!! and to pay for it!!. You didn't tell me that before.
