The room was large and clean.
The parking of the hotel is very small (this is enough for maybe 10 cars). We parked the car far away from the hotel (7-8 min walk). The breakfast was varied but not tasty.

Disappointing
Ordered a room with 2 beds, for extra money, but when arrived there was only one bed. When contacted via phone the reception she told they don’t have a room with two beds currently. Only 12 hours of stay and I needed to deal with this basic things. Also there was 2 shampoo bottle instead of body wash. The things that make a hotel “”not so boutique “

The room was comfortable
There was not enough coverage at the front desk. Trying to find someone to check out with was ridiculous. When I did find someone a woman who had not been there for the 25-30 minutes I had been waiting pushed by me and said she had been there earlier (in a very nasty manner) and the employee did not intervene. The woman not only asked she then struck up a conversation with the staff member although I was waiting patiently. Meanwhile my ride was waiting outside for quite a while to take me to where I had to go. It made me late and cost me money. I was very disappointed. Not sure if I will return to this hotel next time I need to stay in Jerusalem.

Location is walking distance from Zion Gate and Jaffa Gate. Good sleeping quality. Reception, Bell Boy, Housekeeping are all very good.

Wonderful
Helpful and responsive staff at the front desk. Wonderful large and varied buffet breakfast. Location near the lively First Station. Pool table. Shabbat elevator. Bar that also served great French fries.

The bathroom breakfast and location
The hotel overcharged me by 425$ and would not deal with the issue! When I returned to Miami after my trip I saw the crazy extra charge and when I called and emailed and sent copies of my credit card statement they would not speak with me about the problem or deal with it in any way. I am livid and disgusted with the hotel and management

Room was spotless, bathrooms were very modern and lots of little free toiletries, good location for being near a wedding venue I was attending and across the street from a little market with fresh fruit and coffee. I also appreciated the front desk being 24/7 and the security out front.
The airport shuttle service was not running when I was there.
