The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.
The room was very nice but also very run down.
1 closet door didn’t open, windows were extremely dirty, shower door and bedroom door broken.
Mold around the bathtub. Lamp was flickering, some light switches don’t work

Its was a pleasant stay in this hotel the rooms are clean and organized, the food so delicious and clean, and the staff were so kind and caring especially hani the manager made the stay very smooth and pleasant he was very caring calling the rooms to check if everything is okay thanks to him, i would come back for sure because of his service and caring.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious with a nice design, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful, and the location was perfect for visiting Jerusalem. Breakfast had a good variety and everything felt fresh.
