Very accessible and close to the train station and Cinema City. Staff are nice and the lobby atmosphere is great! Beds are comfy.
There were sounds of pipes or ventillation in the room that lightly disturbed the quiet of sleep.

We stayed at VERT Jerusalem for one night before a very important exam, so a good night’s sleep was essential. Unfortunately, we were assigned a very small room with an uncomfortable bed on the side of the hotel facing a nearby construction site. During the night, the construction noise became so loud that we couldn’t sleep. We asked the front desk to move us, and we were transferred to another room in the middle of the night. What made the experience especially frustrating was that the quieter room had apparently been available all along, yet we were not given it when we checked in. Instead, we had to pack our belongings and change rooms in the middle of the night. I understand that the hotel cannot control nearby construction, but it can manage room assignments more thoughtfully when quieter rooms are available. This could have easily prevented a very stressful experience. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and the lack of consideration from the front desk significantly affected our experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Disappointing
The pool
Food was vey mediocre. Not enough staff so no one really cleans the table. Some of the vegetables in the salad did not seem fresh. We ordered room services on Friday which was very mediocre in quality. We had to bring it up ourselves because they charge NIS 18 to bring to the room. The bathroom in our room was leaking and all the floor was soaking wet. The water pressure in the toilet was very low.

The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.
The room was very nice but also very run down. 1 closet door didn’t open, windows were extremely dirty, shower door and bedroom door broken. Mold around the bathtub. Lamp was flickering, some light switches don’t work
