Set in the heart of Jerusalem, just 66 feet from Ben Yehuda Street, the City Center Jerusalem offers air-conditioned accommodations with a kitchenette. The Old City is a 15-minute walk away. With great public transport links, the City Center Jerusalem Apartment Hotel is a 3-minute walk from the nearest Light Rail stop. The Israel Museum, Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum and the Botanic Gardens are a 15-minute bus ride away. A flat-screen TV with cable channels is standard in all studios and suites. Each has a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and kettle. Some studios feature a balcony. Pubs and coffee shops, together with bars and restaurants, are located in the surrounding pedestrian zone known locally as the Midrachov District. Ben Gurion International Airport is a 30-minute drive from the hotel, and staff can arrange airport transfers upon request. Seasonal pool is closed, and will be open only during July & August.

WIFI and TV was great, the hotel gifts soap, toothbrush and water was a very nice surprise, location is ok, the staff were super nice
The AC was too noisy for sleeping, hand washing sink was clogged, the curtain was too short at about 9am the sun hits you straight in the face. I also happened to bang my head on the towel hanger its just hanged in a bad location there is enough space to hang it further inside and not exactly entering the bathroom.

I needed a place to stay in Jerusalem and did not want to spend the money for a hotel this time. Staying at this apartment felt more like staying at a hotel. I did not expect there to be someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. (Moussa was very helpful and friendly). I was also pleasantly surprised that housekeeping changed the towels during the stay. The location is perfect in the City Center, and price per night for this apartment was exceptional. The room was spackious, spotless and comfortable. I was surprised at how quiet it was despite construction going on outside. I would for sure stay here again.

The hotel and the room were absolutely spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The location is central and close to everything I needed
I think there could be better communication about room cleaning. I wasn't sure why but some days there were gaps in the cleaning routine, although the staff were always immediately attentive and on top of requests for towels soap or kitchen supplies

From the people to the cleanliness of the room, the location, everything was more than what we expected especially the employees. Our friends visited us and told us that they were impress with City Center Jerusalem Hotel.
We didn't like that our time was so short in Israel.
