Disappointing
Very clean, cute room
Not as advertised: not even close to “soundproof”, no terrace, no staff on Shabbat, no bottles of water, no slippers, and no breakfast! Biggest issue was that we reserved and prepaid for a room that clearly says breakfast included on the posting, but were inexplicably switched to something else by the time we got our receipt, so we didn’t get breakfast, which isn’t available on Saturdays anyways.

the smell of the room wasn’t appealing at all, i thought the room would be in the hotel itself but it was it a different building. the sheets also didnt smell good.. it had weird smell.. no water only tap water.. it was waste of money, my partner was not pleased

The cleaner was very nice, and the owner eventually agreed to refund the second night we were supposed to stay.
The only sink was not in the bathroom. The lights were flickering, the bedsheets were very dirty and so was the toilet, one of the towels still had the smell of someone's perfume on it. There was only one sink in the whole room and it was not in the bathroom, the room was very very small, and not soundproof at all; We could hear every single thing that happened there. Also, there is this room containing a toilet and a shower usually called a bathroom and there is usually a sink there wash your hands and stuff and it was literally OUTSIDE OF THE BATHROOM.
