The staff is very friendly and helpful.
One shower was inside the dormitory. It is not comfortable, if you would go to take a shower and the other guys want to sleep in the morning.

The location was perfect! Also the host was very friendly and funny! A late-check in was possible! The courtyard was very cozy! Kitchen and workspace existed!
The bathroom could have been cleaner :) A self-regulation of the AC would have been great!

The place is great, the staff is great. The sitting place is nice and comfortable, there is a kitchen. In the summer the air conditioner is great and makes it comfortable to sleep there. The place is very close to the center, there are shops all around to get food or ingredients to cook.
You don't get a towel - you must add money to get that. The sitting area and kitchen close at 10-11 PM, which I would have wanted to stay open 24-7 for night owls like me. You can still sit outside however, but it's not always comfortable - could be mosquitos and so on.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. We really loved our first time in Haifa because Itzak the owner was so welcoming and so hospitable - we loved all his recommendations, the subway, the lookout, the restaurant Fattoush etc. On the day of our check out, he let us stay longer in the afternoon until our embarking time for the ship. The place is so clean, the room and bathroom are spacious, the garden area is nice to relax! Location is also a great plus!!! 5 min walk to train station and Haifa port. Plenty of cafe’s, restaurants and shops around. Highly recommend!!

Garden and location are amazing, staff is REALLY REALLY helpful.
No free towels, bathroom in the dorm is too small (on the other hand they have 3 more bigger bathrooms on the floor)

The person in reception really explained all about the place and the city, in so much detail that from all my years traveling around the world I have never had such good explanation, congratulations
The Brazilian girl who cleans does a great job. Very clean, congratulations too
It feels like home, the bathroom is very clean and white. Very close to many places to eat. Laundry is next to the building.
During my stay there was only me and other roommate, so I was very lucky and had time to rest. The room was for 8 ppl, so I was very thankful that we were only 2.
Train station is very close, so you don't have to wake much with your luggage. Same for taking the bus, is close by. I went to Nazareth from here and the bus was just 2 blocks away, 4 minutes. So the location is very convenient
