I don't like that the the room I booked was was reasonable price but they charge me extra like 50 so!

Staff was very friendly, rooms were big and spacious and clean
Only one towel was given to 3 people, and reception opens really late in the morning so it actually delayed us since we couldn't get ready in time No soap to wash hands in the bathroom. Both were promptly fixed once we could get in touch with someone (which took a long time)

The place is very nice and clean. It has a kitchen that is well equipped and the bathroom has a strong and nice hot water. The staff is incredibly helpful, they let us leave our bags while we did a day trip to Akko before going to Jerusalem. the beds are very comfortable. There are many places to eta nearby.
The location is excellent because is near the center and all of the most known attractions of the city. however, at night it can be a little frightening. We see some drunk people how started talking to us and they weren’t nice.

An AC compressor outside could get somewhat noisy, noisy fridge.
