Crew were attentive to the problem but didn’t solve it

Hair on the bed
Dirty toilet with left over from previous guest, stain towel, hair on the linen. Although they remodeled this hotel it looks and feel old and dirty
Low quality, I wanted to leave after 1 hour but booking only offer to shorten my stay in one night, because the manager of the hotel wasn’t there.

Great location at the top of Mount Carmel.
It has not had its furnishings updated. The lobby in particular is full of dirty and old chairs that may have looked nice 30 years ago but now they make the place look neglected.

I had a great spacious studio room.
The hotel is in an excellent location and we stayed one night only, but the staff during that stay were great and helpful.

The location is good
The receptionist was rude and angry. There were a lot of rushing guests. The breakfast is very poor

The location of the hotel is superb - at Merkaz haKarmel (upper Haifa), near Bahai Gardens, Karmelit, Zoo, restoraunts and coffee shops. All the rooms face amazing view of Haifa Bay at the northern direction. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful.
The hotel is dated and it shows... had issues with AC (though fixed immediately) and the cleanliness is not exactly spotless.
Free parking options are very limited.

Wonderful
The staff was extremely nice and helpful from the very beginning - Joseph and Spiro even assisted me with parking upon arrival. The location is excellent, close to most major points of interest. Hotel services, cleanliness, and breakfast were all outstanding. Highly recommended!

It’s rather dirty. I also booked another night through booking the day I checked in for the first night. They made me to check out from the first room and wait for hours in the lobby with a 4 months old baby and a 4 year old kid for the check in.

Great value for the money and very friendly staff. They set up an extra bed free of charge.
The hotel is dated but very clean and they even supplied complimentary cookies and water for the kids

Understand that over Passover meals would be a little more costly however the price charged for the meals was outrageous. As Passover observing guests we didn’t have any other options

As the staff was nice, the view was wonderful.
The air conditioner system was very old and u can not change the heat/cold mode by yourself. To all the hotel, there is the same mode, according to the season. So when the winter start, the mode was on heat, even the weather out side was very hot. The stuff doesn’t agreed to change the mode even the degree was 32c in our room
