The location was excellent. Around the corner to downtown. Close to shopping and fantastic restaurants. We especially loved the amazing breakfast.

Lovely location, nice breakfast ? . That’s all.
Towels are old, a bit noisy around, air conditioner too noisy. Furniture is old. Bathroom is cold. Cleaning is poor. For example, I left spoon from fruit ? plate in first night. During two days nobody cares about dirty glasses and spoon. Towels in day two comes as is. No form, just put it on desk.. also towels was a bit wet.

Clean, large room and very large bathroom with 2 sinks. Nice bathtub and shower with large shower head. The breakfast was quite good and varied.
No room service. No soy milk for our coffee. Plastic cups for water instead of regular glasses at breakfast. Low quality of toilet paper in the bathroom. No hairdryer. The mattress needed changing - it was not comfortable

The staff was highly professional and answered any question we had .
The hotel has a family vibe my wife got sick and the guy at the reception called a doctor for her.
They were really kind and helpful.
Hotel is located in a perfect location close to everything.
Will definitely stay there in our next visit in Haifa .

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection.
The staff wasn't very pleasant, they were loud and not polite. The hotel had unpleasant smells. And the elevator didn't work, and they didn't even apologized about it, nor offered any help with carrying the language
