We very much liked the host, and the breakfast was delicious and highly recommended. Evgeny's hospitality, reception, and willingness to help were amazing. Dima's personal breakfast was above and beyond.
Clean and spacious rooms.
Without a doubt we will return to the hotel in the future.

It is my second time stay here ! Good location, I can walk from the Haifa center train station to here , I can also walk to the Baha’i garden too ! Please don’t miss the breakfast! It’s surprisingly great !
The room is very clean, and I can see the Bahai garden from room too !

I had a wonderful stay at Eden Hotel in Haifa. I truly enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere — it was exactly what I needed. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Evgeniy for the pleasant conversation!
There is a cozy lobby next to the reception where you can enjoy coffee and drinks for a small price — such a nice and comfortable touch.
The hotel itself feels like it’s filled with history from different eras, which makes the whole experience inspiring and unique. On the third floor, there is a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the city and even a glimpse of the stunning Baháʼí Gardens. You can also see the inner courtyard of the wine bar located on the first floor of the building.
The wine bar is absolutely fantastic — a truly special place with an amazing atmosphere and excellent wine. There is also a large Asian food store in the building with a huge selection — highly recommended!
The location is very convenient, especially if you use public transportation — everything is close and easily accessible.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is professional, friendly, and provides warm, personal service. The rooms are very clean and the atmosphere is pleasant and well maintained. The receptionist is extremely kind. The hotel is located near to Madatech, markets, drugstores, restaurants and more.
The hotel needs some renovations, but it is cousy and it is possible to have a good time relaxing.

I must admit that after I complained on the horrible condition of our room, the manager suggested to move to a third floor to a better spot. But my husband refused to move with 2 small kids- no lift in the facility and our mood was already heavily damaged. Also breakfast staff- Jenya- was nice- although narrow varieties of food he suggested, but enough to slightly change a bad mood that we had during a no sleep night. I am wondering how they allow to themselves to provide this below the low quality facility to customers...
EVERYTHING!!! Beds were horrible, matrasses- you cannot sleep on. STAINS AND DIRTY SHITS!!!! We stayed for 2 days, and these 2 days no of us - 2 kids and my husband, were NOT able to sleep well. Towels were old and BAD, short and thin, comfort is ZERO. Room demands renovation and furniture must be all replaced. We pay 2000 shekels for 2 nights while on the desk written 400 shekels a night. I assume it was a holiday season but it felt there were few more people only in the facility- totally empty.

A great stay with cozy but spacious rooms and high ceilings. A hotel with history but clean and modern. A roof top balcony/lounge.
The flight up steps up to the check in desk. No elevator.

I liked how nice the recepwas and how he helped and explained us every detail and it was in English easy for us.
Also it was superrr clean.
Just that they used too strong fabric.softener in the bedsheets quilts pillows which gives soo much headache. Maybe they should use soft n mild one and the room freshener was strong in the Air conditioner. Thats only the complaint we have.
Please use something mild n less strong for the rooms n linens.
Not everyone likes that strong smell in the room and linens.

The staff, she was friendly and nice.
We booked a room with a balcony after seeing pictures that highlighted a city view. However, upon arrival, we found that the balcony's structure and view were completely different from what was displayed on the website. I am disappointed, especially since we paid extra for the balcony.
