The location, the view, and the breakfast.
It is unacceptable for the swimming pool's operating hours in June to be only from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The sauna was out of service throughout the entire stay. The gym was very dusty, and both the bar service and room service were very poor.

there was no hot water in the unit. I told te staff 3 times and it was only corrected after almost a full day!.. no apology - just "we have fixed the problem" - a totally unacceptable lack of service.

Breakfast and all meals were wonderful!!! Aside from the beauty of the dining room, the variety of foods served for breakfast was great! Excellent service, and reception from staff members.

Is rally breakfast while not lacking anything was basically mediocre and tasteless. I’ve had Israeli hotel breakfast many times over many years and this was just lackluster. Not horrible just mediocre at best.

The variety of food choices. The server's willingness to get me a glass of ice when I asked.
The hotfood items were lukewarm at best, and would have been much better with just a bit more heating, or a quick zap in the microwave when served.

The location and luxury, the place is incredibly clean and well kept, the breakfast was probably the best I ever had in Haifa and the region, the staff is nice and helpful and the hotel has almost every amenity you'd want to find including but not limited to a bar working till the late night offering drinks and food
The laundry is a service only available on certain hours instead of having a laundry room, it feels like an unnecessary over complication and uncomfortable, also the gym is operated by a separate company and their staff is rude and unfriendly, I need to clarify that the gym staff is unfriendly, not the hotel staff
