I liked the decor of the common areas very much. The pool and its area are beautiful, the pool bar is very reasonably priced. The breakfast was wonderful - very varied and generous.
The design of the room and the lack of amenities, such as espresso machine, more soap etc.

Well fitted to families with small kids and there are a variety of attractions in just a walking distance.
Cost, pretty expensive, would be nicer if it could have been a bit cheaper. Room card keys, as it appear if they are close to a phone, it would reset them, and they won't work, an important info that would have been helpful knowing right from the check in. Coffe offered in the room is pretty dull, would expect from a place stating "experience the best", to have at least a Nespresso machine at hanndy, maybe I'm spoiled ;).

The staff were indifferent after I found out that I was charged double the actual price paid by other guests!!!
I was charged double than other guests and the reception and customer relations officer didn’t do anything and did not really care!!! I ask how she would feel if she was treated like this but of course no answer!

I found out that other guests were charged half what I paid! I talked to the reception and to Angelina and were indifferent to this and did nothing!!! Very bad experience to fell that you were cheated by such a chain hotels!!!

ACTUALLY IT WAS NOT A 5 STARS EXPERIENCE AS HOTEL RATED , FIRST WE WERE SURPRISED THAT THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE HOTEL , WE WERE DRIVING 250 METERES TO PARK THE CAR . ITS WAS NOT FACILITY AT ALL . SUPPOSED THERE WAS ROOM SERVICE BUT NOT ONE ANSWER THE PHONE , WE WENT DOWN TO ASK FOR BREAKFAST TO THE ROOM THEY SAID WE ARE VERY BUSY NOW , AND IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN HOUR IF YOU WANT .
AT LEAST DONT SAY THAT YOU OFFER ROOM SERVICE , THE PORTERS DOES NOT NOT THE ROOMS , SO WHEN HE ENTERED THE ROOM TO PUT THE LUGGAGE HE OPENED THE BATH ROOM ON MY PARTNER , ITS WAS VERY SHAME HE THOUGHT BATHROOM DOOR IS THE CUPBOARD . THE PAINTING OF THE ROOM WAS DROPPED ON THE FLOOR AND THE SMELL WAS VERY BAD .

I am very disappointed with this hotel. This morning, right after I finished my shower and stepped out of the bathroom, I heard someone unlocking and entering my room. I immediately shouted, and only then did the person leave. I had no idea who this person was, and it left me extremely worried. I can’t imagine what would happen if something like this happened while I was asleep or at midnight. When I checked out, I told the front desk what happened, but they neither provided any solution nor gave any feedback as if they didn’t care about it at all. Their attitude toward safety and customer experience left me extremely disappointed. Also, there was no toothbrush in my room, I called the front desk, and it took about 40 minutes for delivery. Additionally, as a guest paying over 1300 shekels per night for the room, it is absurd that parking costs an additional 70 shekels.

The entire hotel is very nice. There are renovated rooms. The food is fabulous. And above all, the treatment of the employees from the concierge to the profesional lifeguard at the pool.
There could be more food options at the bars. And more entertainment options.
