The atmosphere, the cleanliness and the view from our room. A perfect place for families with children. We joined our son and his family and we all felt at home.
The breakfast was full and you could use another omelette maker at busy times.
No decaf lattes?!
The kids playroom could be open a bit later. Kids don't go to sleep so early when they are on vacation.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet the standards we expected.
We paid extra for a sea view room, but the room we received was on a low floor where the view was almost completely blocked by trees. There was barely any sea visible, so paying the additional cost for a sea view felt completely pointless.
The room was also connected to the neighboring room by an internal door, which offered almost no sound insulation. We could clearly hear the guests next door, making it difficult to relax. We called the front desk to report the issue and requested a room change. They asked us to stay on the line while they checked, then disconnected the call and never called us back. No one followed up, and our room was never changed.
To make matters worse, the room was not properly cleaned. The floor was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was well below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed. We paid for a premium room but did not receive what was advertised, our concerns were ignored by the staff, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. We would not choose to stay here again.

Wonderful
The rooms were very nice, showers great, and the view (even on the city side) was great. The bartender at the onside bar/lounge area was knowledgeable and took his time to make the best drinks out of the ingredients available even though they were limited. The staff at check-in were also excellent and made sure to get all the information they needed so they wouldn't charge us VAT.
We did not particularly care for the breakfast, but it was shabbat, so you would probably get different items on a normal breakfast day. The pool was great, but quite crowded and the staff had to close it to clean it in the middle of the day. There is no parking at the hotel; they direct you to free public parking down the street, but you are not guaranteed a spot.

I think it’s so much overrated
I travelled a lot in the world and I wouldn’t give it even a 4-star hotel .. there is a shutter between the tub and the room which doesn’t work as there was a missing piece .. when we asked the staff to fix it they said it’s better this way to keep privacy ! We the. Found a worm in the room and the manager was informed .. she texted me and promised to get back to me the soonest she could but she never got back to me which is so unprofessional .. I would never go back to this hotel

Parking was a bit of a problem - no parking in the lot on the day of the conference and the gate broke down a couple of times and had to wait.

I liked the decor of the common areas very much.
The pool and its area are beautiful, the pool bar is very reasonably priced.
The breakfast was wonderful - very varied and generous.
The design of the room and the lack of amenities, such as espresso machine, more soap etc.

Well fitted to families with small kids and there are a variety of attractions in just a walking distance.
Cost, pretty expensive, would be nicer if it could have been a bit cheaper.
Room card keys, as it appear if they are close to a phone, it would reset them, and they won't work, an important info that would have been helpful knowing right from the check in.
Coffe offered in the room is pretty dull, would expect from a place stating "experience the best", to have at least a Nespresso machine at hanndy, maybe I'm spoiled ;).

I found out that other guests were charged half what I paid! I talked to the reception and to Angelina and were indifferent to this and did nothing!!!
