The property is in a good location the view and the balcony is excellent. The service at the desk was wonderful. The person that at the desk her name was Anastasiia. She was excellent person. She gave us the great service that I cannot even describe. She was really a professional worker and I have to say she is an asset to the hotel. She was so nice to us. it’s unbelievable. I was surprised and she was smiling, and she answered all that questions you don’t see something like this every day we are appreciated very much and want to thank you so much and hope the owner will know about it because this is the kind of people makes your day. Thank you again. and also will tell our friends oversee to choose your hotel. Thank you so much.
It was very clean we like the breakfast. The breakfast was very delicious. The food was hot. The view at the dining room was spectacular. We loved that we had a great time. Thank you again.

Great value for money! Great location at Carmel center near the carmelit station. Usually costs more but it was a great value for money on independence day. Staff were lovely, parking was free specifically on our stay (usually isn't). Very clean and amazing bay view.
While the lobby was upscaled with great modern design, the room was a little outdated and the interior was literally a little old (e.g. the wooden doors for the bathroom and closet were a little bloated and didn't open and close properly). Our specific room was close to the lobby which was a little noisy on fri-sat. With all that being said, it didn't take away from the experience which was GREAT!

Good potential if we got the room that we have reserved.
We were disappointed that the room with balcony that we have invited was not provided to us. The receptionist said she just does not have it, even though it was confirmed in our reservation.

Beautiful view overlooking Haifa and the bay. Excellent and well-rounded breakfast. Comfy chairs in lobby. Very nice hotel and a nice value.

Proximity to where I needed to be
Billed twice, had an unpleasant interaction with the staff over it. They also billed me one amount and refunded different instead of voiding transaction and admit mistake. and required multiple phone calls. Rooms/ bathrooms clean but need to be refurbished, leaking water and peeling off paint of the walls were a little putting -off

Very Poor
I always travel with my personal blanket, even when flying from Florida to Israel, because it is very important to me. The hotel staff took it and later said they could not find it. The hotel refused to compensate me. On top of that, the CEO was rude, impatient, dismissive, and ignored my calls. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

In general was good The reception worker ia great And all the staff was nice Great service . The facility and the view is nice.
there is a need to fix the shower bath issues , like the shower itself and the bath tub is small and not so comfort ,the elevators also stuck . In general the hotel needs new contructions and renew upgrade.

The reception was not very friendly to me; I’m unsure why, perhaps she was busy with other tasks. The hotel appears to need some updating. Ultimately, I don’t think it’s worth the high price.

View, location, bed comfortable
Run down, nothing worked properly, staff unhelpful, toilet didn’t flush (service couldn’t help), loud guest outside my (un insulated window) hotel security didn’t help, shower broken when i arrived, staff didn’t fix it as they promised, until second day. They offered parking, but it was full. IHG refused to award points because it was booked through booking.com. On and on……

The hotel was lovely overall and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The view was great and the value for money was also good.
The room was clean and pleasant - the sofa bed opens in the opposite direction of the TV which didn't make sense to us. Our biggest issue was with the electrical sockets on the wall where the desk was located - they worked intermittently and we had to call for maintenance 3 times in one night's stay. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other Israeli hotel breakfasts we have had.

Wonderful
The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a great view. The pool was spacious, clean and comfortable. I also loved the fact we received complementary wine, fruit and water in our room!
Our sink was blocked which wasn't ideal, and the restaurant wait staff wasn't quite as sharp as the hotel staff.
