The location in front of the baha'is gardens with a small balcony you can relax and see the gardens.
The hotel is new, spotless and the staff is super .
If you leave the window open at night, you might hear the noisy street.

The location is great. It is just in the heart of the German colony and within walking distance of other attractions.
The room is comfortable with a common balcony for a morning cafe. There are sockets near the bed, very practical.
The owner is helpful and communicative.
Everything was great. Maybe a chair in the room would be useful.

The room really provides all the required basics, well maintained and everything with very good quality
Only 2 small recommendation: Small touch up required to the entrance code-lock system, and you could also make the shared balcony a real treat :)

clean, great location, comfortable nice room with TV
the only thing I did not like was that there was no one at the front desk at all. Had the cleaning woman not been there and happen to walk by the outside door and see me, I would not have been able to enter at all

The location, room was clean and renovated, wifi worked well.
We ran out of hot water in the shower, shower is leaky and not closing properly. The bed was very wobbly like it was made of plastic, so it didn't feel stable at all. It was quite noisy at night. And the worse thing is that we woke up with strange stings (not from mosquitoes).

The view, the place , location, very comfortable
The kindergarten under the hotel was very noisy, but overall it was excellent, very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, we will definitely be back

It is a great location- lots of restaurants within walking distance. It is a small hotel but the rooms are comfortable and there is a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee

At bottom of Bahai garden in Germany Colony. Lots of good eateries nearby. The young guy was very helpful in showing me how to catch the bus to the train station.
Did not like the position of AC in the single room i was in. I got sick from the AC as I needed it on as the room was very hot.
