Wonderful
The breakfast was excellent, the room handsomely decorated and very good. The location is central. It is easy to access with public transportation. It is with walking distance from various prime attractions. We stayed there some two weeks before Xmas. The streets around were decorated and there was a happy atmosphere of celebration.
The central location implies that on weekend evenings the surrounding may be busy and noisy, perhaps up to 2AM. (But the following mornings are quiet :-)

Location, authentic colonial style, room and house itself, clean and romantic, balcony, view. breakfast at hotel nearby (where the check in is) - good food and not so good coffee.
No clear directions where to check in (at another hotel across the street) and where to park. Took some time and efforts. There was a room aroma spraying machine- too often and too intense, took some time to find a source on the wardrobe and we put it on a balcony. Also a historical doll above the bed was a bit dusty, and can not be moved as it is glued to a shelf, - felt a little creepy.

Location within Colony Area. The host was very friendly and helpful.
It was terribly loud due to the noise outside every evening, despite of closing all the doors and windows. We could hardly get some rest.

The room was charming and tastefully decorated. We loved the closed balcony with its view of the avenue below. The breakfast at the nearby hotel was wonderful.
The owner answered all our questions by email, but the fact that there was no face to face contact was a drawback.

The location is awesome. German colony is one of the most beautiful places in Haifa. Therea numerous great restaraunts around. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive.

The room was so beautiful! comfortable bad, best shower, great balcony with nice view to the German colony, 5 minute walk from great local restaurants, great Breakfast with so many delicious options and the host was super nice and available every question! plus - parking spaces with no charge. We had so much fun! Such a relaxing beautiful weekend! Next time we want to try another ocelot room ❤️?
