Absolutely an unforgettable experience. We stayed one night. The lady behind the front desk took super good care of us and helped us settle the payment which we had an issue with + was ready to help us with whatever we needed. The room was absolutely gorgeous (though there weren't a safe and a hair dryer), with everything fully operating and clean. The bed was super comfortable and when we went in a bottle of water and a chocolate bar were waiting for us. The AC was turned on before we got there which was an amazing gesture. There was also a balcony outside our room which was just awesome.
The only problems we had were fairly minor: first of all, the bathtub has sort of a window to block the water from splaettring. However, it's very small in width and didn't fully block all the water from splattering on the floor. I highly recommend investing in one that'll cover the whole bathtub. Another problem was that the fridge was making a faint noise, like ocean waves, though we didn't mind it much and for my boyfriend it was even soothing.

Very good hotel, clean, good sized rooms, awesome roof top terrace, with an amazing view to the port.
The streets were a bit loud in the evening, but that's hardly the hotel's fault.

The Hotel is very central and all places in Haifa are reachable by bus from there. The room, the bed and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The view from the terrace is amazing.
The windows are that thin that it doesn`t matter if you close them or not. Every person, car or other noise is hearable. During the night a lot of people are walking and screaming infront of the hotel. Even so, the rooms are very bright as the curtains are very thin. There where pictures of a gym at booking, but this has been closed a long time ago. Furthermore I havn`t received an invoice so far, even after contacting via booking nor direct mail.

The room was tidy enough, with a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Good tea/coffee facilities and some free chocolate!
The view wasn’t ideal, we were at the front of the hotel so only looked out to some buildings. Noise was an issue, people shouting for money, cars, buses etc. The woman with short dark hair at reception wasn’t friendly or the least bit interested in anything really. Also not sure why they still state they have a gym, because they don’t. The gym room was completely empty with only a chair inside. Spa didn’t look open either.

Pleasant
The location is good, in vicinity to Shuk Talpiot. Lots of parking around during the weekend. The room was clean.
Many junkies in the neighborhood, not pleasant to walk around. The bed was not comfortable. The walls are so thin you hear everything, including people walking by the room.

The hotel was in a great location, with a bus stop just in front of it and a market nearby. We were upgraded to the neo suite, which was very big and had a balcony. The suite included a tiny fridge and a kettle.
The bathtub didn’t have any glass on it so the water wouldn’t splash out.

Nice simple room with great a.c,great TV and great shower. The room was chill as we walked in for the first time(the cooled the room for us up ahead) and they left chocolate as 1 bottle of water. Hotel has parking(but very very small).it has roof top to view Port of Haifa, nice lobby
Room Windows aren't tied enough so lots of noise came inside the room. The location of the hotel in old urban area and doesn't look safe at night.parking is so small so very few cars can park there.

Yohash from the reception is a very welcome man. very kind and polite. The room was very clean, the very comfort. there was no breakfast, but Yohash gave a free coffee and cake from nearby Coffix ... Thank Yohash.
Our room was so close to the street, a little bit nosy in the morning, but i know this neighborhood before so it is very crowded but I choosed it because i needed only one night, very good price for value.
