The view
There were a LOT of problems in this house. The toilets were totally blocked , black water filled the toilet and the sewerage came out of both the sink and the toilet. There is no evocation for water in the bathroom so every shower you take in the bathroom becomes a swimming pool. The door handle is broken. The cable tv card was broken and the landlord doesnt want to repair it because "It costs money to change the card" .The landlord lives abroad and sends non professional to resolve temporarily the many problems in the house and his attitude is poor and untitled. I will never rent again in this place. The infrastructure is bad . The only nice thing is the view.

The location is perfect, it is right on the beach. The contact person is always available and responds very quickly.
We were a group of 9 people and got 3 different rooms. 2 rooms were ok but not great either and one room was very very dirty. There were insects and a cockroach on the floor, the place smelled bad and the floor was very dirty. We contacted the contact person, sent pictures and were moved to a better room. The room was better, but not great either.

Amazing sea view from the window on 14th floor. You can easily find parking spot near the building.
Dirty towels. Broken handles on wardrobe doors. Bed sheet needs to be replaced.

Extremely close to the sea. there is no parking inside the building, only outside. cleanliness should be considered. When we arrived there were cockroaches inside the sink. something must be done about hygiene. there were dirty dishes even inside the cupboards. And the refrigerator, one of them, had a lot of mold. very same. we cleaned it to be able to use it, which was really not nice. the tv control was not there, and we asked for it on the first day, on the last day, they went in there and left another tv. for those with children, it is practical to have access to television. the beach is beautiful! Waifa is wonderful too!

Great position for a holiday: nice to have very long walk or run on the seaside. Great view at sunset.
No one from staff available anytime at the reception, only people from security. A kind of a bar at base floor was open at unpredictable timing; for the rest was useless. Overall cleanliness quite bad: a collection of fingerprints on the turning glass door at the entrance. Cleanliness in room also quite poor. Fridge very noisy. The place is in general very unpersonal and atmosphere is very cold.

location is close to the sea, buses, train station and bus station at walking distance, mini market, nice cafes around (tortuga near the sea, aroma across the road are the best), the building design and hall design are unusual and that is nice. the easy way to get the keys (better contact the property a little in advance), elevator works with key (search for little red lamp in the lift).

I lived in the apartment on the 13th floor. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary utilities such as a washing machine, a microwave and an electric stove. Overall everything is very comfortable. The Wifi worked pretty good. The location is the best you can find in Haifa if you want to go to the beach every day. Downstairs you can find a lot of restaurants and cafes. The room is very quiet, you won’t hear any noises from the beach. The hosts are very friendly and answered all my questions really quickly on the phone.
The apartment had no sea view (no view at all actually) though it was mentioned in the listing…The windows lead to a balcony which belongs to the room next to mine, that is a little bit weird because basically you have to keep the curtains closed in case someone in the room next door want to go to the balcony while you lie on the bed.
It is a small inconvenience but a little bit frustrating though.

Excellent location, wonderful view, comfortable bed and sofa, access to the long promenade by the sea and easy trip to train station. Key collection and return was easy. Owner very polite and supportive. Recommended to everyone!
