Great and cosy hotel. Nice breakfast with a large variety of foods.
Room was clean, bed was comfy.
great for couples or if you're traveling alone.
100m from a large shopping mall
Not much parking space at the hotel lot.
So you have to park on the street and pay an hourly fee (not much BTW)

The hotel is not A Brown Hotel. The real name of the hotel is Adam Boutique. There is no sign on the side of the building which is where the GPS took me to.

Nice person on the reception desk, quiet room.
Coffee machine is not working on Saturday because of the religious beliefs of a minority that is governing the country. Breakfast is bad, using egg powder and nothing fresh except a few vegetables.
