Good Location, access directly to the sea, large and clean pool, lots of space to sit outside, good music played by the pool. Hotel area and rooms are very clean and well kept.
Rooms are large and equipped room, breakfast is excellent, and hotel staff is very helpful.
No hotel guest parking. and It is not so easy to find parking in this area

Location is great. Very nice stuff. The breakfast was pretty fair. I like the view from the room.
There's no hotel parking and you need to pay for the all the time you stay.

Hotel was closed so we were moved to Queen of Sheba which was great - We were charged for 2 massages we did not have - because we were not told to cancel- they said they were working. We should receive a refund for this...

The hotel has a beautiful location with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is stunning, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay
Some areas could benefit from better sound insulation, and during busy hours the common areas felt a bit crowded.

I appreciate the room options available for families. The location is ok, the rooms were quiet.
I thought parking was included. I was wrong. I had a rental car and have never used Israeli parking apps.
Also the breakfast was really disappointing and staff were overwhelmed by too many guests at once.
I had a cold shower one of my 2 days there. It was 9am on a weekday. Disappointed

Large and convenient room with good light and modern design
No beach and no opportunity to swim in the sea rather than to walk to public beach.
Poor room service.
Slow service at the reception desk.
Personnel does not speak English.

The staff were very welcoming. They answered all our questions and concerns We reserved the Hot tub suite. Master bedroom and two twin beds for the kids. Sleeper sofa as well. Very spacious suite The VIP lounge was exceptional, Mohamed the attendant was very friendly and professional as well as the entire staff there. Housekeeping was good. The pool and grounds were well maintained. Last but not least, the breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of dishes to choose from and always fully stocked.
One male receptionist at the front desk was pretty rude. The only thing with housekeeping is we didn't know to schedule for the room to be cleaned. We thought since they had a clean room light on the outside of the door that was sufficient.

The location, the direct access to the sea, the food, the room. Everything was very neat and nice.
Something about the staff was off. The service was good but cold attitude.
Some of the customer profile…they were leaving plastic glasses and garbage everywhere even though there were enough waste bins. It’s just sad to see people like this are able to ruin even such a nice hotel..

To be honest I'm extremely fussy but I couldn't fault this hotel the suite was lovely, the bed big and comfy. Staff were all so nice and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant and food was wow ?
Parking was a little difficult when we first arrived and had to park off-site. We kept checking with reception and they managed to find us parking ?
