Ofira and Lilach were fantastic! The staff was incredible! The food was delicious! The entertainment was next level amazing! The staff and the attention to kids was exceptional. Everyone had an epic vacation!!!

From the minute we got there the staff was fantastic especially Ofira and Lilach! Everyone was helpful and pleasant which added to our epic vacation! The food was delicious and plentiful. There was sooo much to do for all ages. The best part was the staff. The were amazing while helping with activities- archery, trapeze, mini golf, wind surfing, snorkeling, pool party with dances, the dress up and shows through the night. The kids had a blast with them while in the kids club! The shows were great.

Everything! Warm and nice staff, tasty food, great facilities, comfortable room. The customer service is also extremely incredible: they text and call you to make sure everything is ok and I think this is exceptional
Some activities didn’t start in the right schedule and we needed to wait, but nothing more than 15 minutes.

We have been very disappointed
The hotel was overpriced for what it offered.
Needs urgent renovation and modernization and more professional staff management
The food was bad and not worth the price.

I booked a superior room. I was updated to Luxury on the top floor. Air conditioning didn't work. I had a tough first night with the room temperature. Maintenance people came on 3 different occasions but saw no problem, though room temperature was never below 26/27 Celsius. Maintenance manager and Reception didn't behave well. Solution was to offer another room but a downgrade to the smallest room at the hotel, on the first floor. I took that as a punishment. I do believe it was.

Photo looks better. Outside of the hotel like it needs to be dreary. No restaurants. Pool area isn’t constantly being cleaned. Workers do not wear uniforms, only a name plate. Except maybe the front desk. Pool is big and clean. Food is excellent. I found most of the help unprofessional.

the warm welcome and exceptional care from your staff. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.
What made our stay even more special were the nighttime performances—the theater shows and circus acts were absolutely delightful! They added a magical touch to our evenings and made our experience truly unforgettable.
