We stayed at the PLAY Eilat Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the experience was simply perfect.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the food was delicious and varied, and the entire reception staff was courteous, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay.
I would like to especially mention Abdullah and Mohammed, who gave us service above and beyond and took care of everything with care and a smile, which made our experience even more special. In addition, there was also a lovely representative at the reception, whose name I unfortunately forgot, but she also deserves a kind word for her warm attitude and great service.
In addition, we were granted a late check-out on Saturday, which was very helpful and enhanced the end of our vacation.
Thank you very much for the amazing hospitality, we will definitely be back again!

Disappointing
The pool although it requires to walk out of the front door of the lobby,
And the staff at the dining room, especially tess!
The breakfast was poor, the lobby, the corridor carpet, the cleanliness and the poor design of the room, not enough light in the bathroom, minibar was not even plugged in, the cabinet was falling apart.

happy with the design and look of hotel. happy with welcoming approach of hotel staff. happy with location - walking distance to boardwalk and attractions. Staff called us when we were on the way and checked on us. showed caring and personal approach.
